Referring to the above mentioned fact we would like to inform the Creditors, that petition may be lodged with the competent court for simplified liquidation of the following companies:
We kindly ask you to inform us within 15 days, if you have information about the debtor’s asset (including movable and immovable property, claims and rights representing assets), or could offer your help in the conduction of the liquidation procedure according to general rules.
